Yoga Flow (Advanced) classes are held every Thursday at 8:30pm at All Round Yoga in Charleville.
Knowledge of yoga is required for this particular class and is suited to regular practitioners of yoga. Sun salutations, yoga flow, and holding pose are all come together to form the basis of this class.
There is a combination of Power Yoga in this class that creates internal heat within the body, through endurance, energy, flexibility, and reduction of tension this combined and comes together with Vinyasa which is sometimes known as Flow Yoga. In the Vinyasa section, we flow rapidly with a breath-synchronised movement between one pose and the next to create a smooth flowing sequence.
I combine both these styles as I feel they work well together and enhance the overall experience on the mat. Power yoga is more body-focused whilst Vinyasa Flow is more breath-focused together they make a perfect cocktail of yoga styles.
